IT Workforce Reporting Analyst
Location: Wrocław
The workforce analyst will provide support on all tracking & reporting activities of headcount within Risk & Finance IT.
·       Maintenance of the R&F IT Master Database (MS Access) – ensure data is accurate & up to date. (on a monthly basis and/or more frequently when it is required)
Support the further development of the Master Database (new steps/data to be implemented);
·       Headcount Reporting – Support the team in developing a self-service tool which will allow our senior management to extract headcount data and other workforce related data (attrition etc.) as required;
·       Workforce Reporting: prepare existing workforce reports (in Excel) on a weekly or monthly basis (depending on the type of report), and provide a summary tab on each monthly report on the major movements;
·       Update management packs (in PPT) based on the monthly reports;
·       Headcount Forecast Process: maintain the Headcount Forecast file with headcount actuals, targets and forecast input from the product lines;
·       Support Workforce Strategy ad-hoc reports & processes with data analysis and preparation/automatization of reports;
·       Reconcile HR reports to our database to identify errors and provide feedback – e.g.: recruitment report – and ensure a high level of data quality on an ongoing basis.
·       Advanced MS Office Skills (Confirmed with Certificate): Excel, Access, VBA etc.;
·       Ability to work under pressure;
·       Business analysis skills;
·       Ability to prioritize and recognize escalation points;
·       Very good attention to detail;
·       Copes well with shifting priorities;
·       Enjoys constant new challenges;
·       Excellent English Skills;
·       Few years of experience in an international & complex organization;
·       Proven track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders.
